It’s always nice to get a message from a friend, asking if you’ll be their wedding photographer. It’s even better when those friends have not only made an awesome day, but you get to see how happy they really are. Proper, genuine, happiness.
It was absolutely baking in Essex on the day (Think high 20’s in the morning to baking 30’s in the afternoon!) with clear blue skies and blazing hot sunshine. Weddings at Barnston Lodge are gorgeous, and true to form, Barnston Lodge and it’s grounds looked amazing. There was a huge marquee, American hot-rods, a Mariachi band (Oh yes!), a stunning church, incredible food and cake, and crazy good people.
As the sun went down, we strolled around the grounds, got some great portraits and had an awesome time.
Jess & Freddie are an amazing couple, and I can’t wait to see them again.
