Eden and Aaron’s Thursford Garden Pavilion Wedding

When I first heard from Eden & Aaron, they told me they’d just got engaged in March 2023, were both serving in the RAF, and were based at Marham. They’d only just started planning their wedding — but in true efficiency, they found their dream venue on their very first viewing: Thursford Garden Pavilion. From that moment, everything started falling into place.

They also mentioned their three-year-old cockapoo, Reggie, would be joining them for the big day — “providing plenty of entertainment for the guests.” They weren’t wrong. Reggie took his role as honorary ring-bearer and general mood-booster very seriously!

Eden & Aaron wanted a relaxed, fun, and full-day experience — from the excitement of getting ready at Holly Lodge to the laughter, tears, and dance floor chaos later on. Thursford’s layout made that flow perfectly: ceremony in the gardens, reception inside the pavilion, then out again for golden hour portraits as the light softened across the lawns.

This venue is a photographer’s dream — the gardens are beautifully kept, the Pavilion light is soft and open, and when evening hits, the glow through the glass gives everything that golden fairytale look. Add two people like Eden & Aaron, who never stopped smiling, and you’ve got magic.

Their wedding was full of energy, warmth, and the kind of moments that just happen naturally when people feel comfortable. That’s always my goal — to make everyone feel relaxed enough to just be themselves while I quietly capture the story unfolding.

Eden & Aaron summed it up perfectly in their own words:

“Tim was our wedding photographer and he was absolutely amazing from start to finish! He made us both feel so relaxed and has such a great sense of humour! His photography is second to none and we feel so lucky to have found him for our special day!”

Hearing that means the world — and honestly, the feeling was mutual. These two (and Reggie!) made the day unforgettable. Thursford will always hold a special place in my memory because of them.

Here’s to Eden, Aaron, and Reggie — and to more days filled with laughter, light, and love like theirs.
